How I’m building strength that lasts a lifetime (and how you can too)

I’ve had the privilege of being called the World’s Strongest Man—but the truth is, strength isn’t just about lifting the heaviest barbell.

It’s about being strong enough to pick up your kid without pain.
Strong enough to get out of bed feeling energized.
Strong enough to chase a lifelong goal—even when it scares the hell out of you.

I didn’t start training just to win trophies. I started because I saw how movement can completely change a person’s life. Alongside the titles and competitions, I run a kinesiology clinic called Longevity Nexum. Day in and day out, I saw people who were struggling with pain, with injury, with feeling stuck in their own bodies. And time after time, I saw what the right kind of exercise could do—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It gave people hope. It gave them control again.

That’s what lit a fire in me. I knew I had to take this beyond my clinic. I wanted to help more people feel the power of movement. That’s why I created Moose Coaching.

My programs are built around what I call the essential movements for life. This isn’t about trendy workouts or quick fixes. It’s about becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient—for life.

Whether you're training to chase big goals, get out of pain, or simply feel good in your own skin again, I want to help you get there.

And if you’ve ever felt like:

You’re stuck in a body that doesn’t move the way it should…

You’ve lost sight of your fitness goals…

Or you just want to prove to yourself—and those around you—that you’re not done pushing for more…

Then now is the time to take the first step.
