At Moose Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality digital coaching programs designed to help you achieve your goals. Please take a moment to review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.

Money Back Guarantee
Applies only to individuals who complete the full 12-week training program as prescribed and do not achieve the expected results. We are confident in the effectiveness of our programs when followed as intended. Each case will be reviewed individually, proof of adherence may be required.

Refund Requests
While our general policy is that we do not provide refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us at info@mitchellhooperstrongman.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

However, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are:

  • Online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting performance.
