Interesting strengthening concept

Having managed my lower back damage and pain for 39 years, the concept of strengthening back muscles isn’t new, but the way it is related to the reader is refreshing and for me, very satisfying. I am halfway through my fourth muscle strengthening and building course, that cannot cure by Osteoarthritis and Stenosis, but it has certainly helped.
