Muscle building 2.0

After months of inconsistent training I decided to purchase the moose muscle building 2.0 to give me some structure. Early days so far but I'm enjoying the sessions and haven't missed one which is great.
The plan is easy to follow (inc searching for unknown exercises) and comes with great tips on how to back up your training out of the gym. Looking forward to seeing how much I can progress over the next 10 weeks!

Great programs

This is the 5th program I’ve got. For an older guy that gone through all these phases in workouts… following the programs has been great. The price is definitely right as well.

I like the program overall. It would be nice to have some alternative exercises for some of those given. This would be helpful for those with home gyms that are limited to barbells and dumbbells. In my gym I am unable to do the supersets as the gym is small and busy.
