RECOVERY SCORE WORKSHEET
The recovery score is a system created by Team Moose, Hooper Coaching Systems to determine when an athlete is ready to push hard and when they need to pull back. Taking subjectivity out of the decision is paramount for an athlete to self screen and get the most out of their training.
This is a guide. Be as honest as possible, and in some instances you will have to make a call for yourself. The most important thing is that your total score is an honest reflection of your day to day behaviours, which in turn affects your ability to train.

His stuff is on point and it seems he actually puts thought and knowledge into the stuff he puts out.
Active recovery. Stay healthy. Not quite sure what that means actually? I don't recover very well and I am certainly not healthy.
