    Good info!

I used to run a lot but since I have been squatting and deadlifting more, I was concerned that running would hurt my gains and recovery to the point of reducing or eliminating my progress. I always enjoyed running and after reading this, I have confidence that I still can run as long as I do it smart. This E-Book provides a lot of positive reason to run and some good tips on how to work it into your program slowly. A+

No soy muy de correr pero entiendo que es casi imprescindible hoy en día para atletas de fuerza. Este programa ayuda mucho a empezar y entender como puede beneficiarte. Gracias Mitchell.

Great Read and filled with so much information

I have included running into my program before coming across this program.
What this program provided me is to properly plan out the days for running and many more info's i didn't know of. It's great. Big fans here in Hong Kong.

    Running

I'm an older strongman / strength trainee. I've never enjoyed running but Mitchell's excellent guide has made me consider adding some low intensity running to my training program. Thank you.
