What Included In the Brotherhood?
What Current Brothers Say
The Atlas Brotherhood has surpassed all my expectations and created more personal success for me than I thought possible. Being surrounded by likeminded men that share similar goals, has provided accountability and resources to help me accomplish my goals and set my targets and expectations of myself higher.
Access to top tier workout planning and nutrition advice along with experts in many fields outside of exercise and nutrition has helped me become a better father and husband. It has made me more efficient with my time and allows me to spend more time on the things that matter most to me. Learning how other successful men continue to be successful makes us all better in the group.
Beyond all of that, having a group of men that I choose to be accountable to and who are shoulder to shoulder with me in life’s day to day is a positive influence I didn’t know my life was missing. The Brotherhood of having the drive and desire to be the best men we can be is priceless. Life as a man can be lonely and the belief that we’re working alone is exhausting. A real connection with other Fathers and Husbands is a constant reminder I’m not alone on this journey and there are other men rooting each other on.
Following prescribed work in the group has provided me with measurable physical improvements in benchmark tests. Taking part in the Brotherhood has provided tangible benefits to my marriage, parenting, and work life. The benefits of having support are undeniable. Anyone with the opportunity to take part would undoubtedly benefit.
My time in the brotherhood has been very rewarding in many aspects. Mitch is a caring, knowledgeable and helpful person in many ways. He genuinely wants people to excel in their lives and provides several tools in which to do so. Mitch’s presentations and advice are key to me to continue to learn and advance my sport and life in general. The members have a wide array of talents and are willing to share their experiences and knowledge with the group members. These shared experiences helps us all with feeling connected, assists with learning new information and collectively, feeling better about ourselves. I have appreciated the group and feel extremely fortunate to be a part of the brotherhood.

Mitchell's journey to starting The Atlas Brotherhood
I have won every major strongman show in the world. I’ve been on the top of the mountain for the last 5 years, and you’d imagine this comes with a peace in the success. For me, it couldn’t be less true.
Sport and business were moving a million miles an hour, then my wife and I added our beautiful daughter Peyton to the mix. While she took time off work tending to our new baby, I worked harder. I wanted to provide, and I did. While I worked harder, I missed the bigger picture. But still, I worked harder again. Provided more. It was like patching a shipwreck with duct tape. My mental health, and my wife’s mental health, was worse than ever.
All the while, I didn’t have any men in my life holding me to my own standard. To a lot of my circle, I’m “successful” so who are they to help me?
This led to my family splintering. I thought that good coparenting was the best life I could offer my girls.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Thankfully, we found our way back to each other. We tackled a lot of difficult conversations that we had been avoiding. We moved country and restarted our life.
If I had another dad who I could have had an honest conversation with, about what home life was like and what I was thinking at the time… it would have saved all of this pain. This realization was the birth of the atlas brotherhood.
