    Arnold pumping iron has been my Bible until now my son is closing in on a 300lb squat and 400lb dead lift which is a100lb increase . I am using the stabilizing and mobility exercises for shoulder and back pain with tremendous results thx Tom T

    Excellent advice on how to keep your core safe during heavy lifts. I have implemented this now and feel much better about my back. Especially doing deadlifts. I saw a YouTube video where Mitchell talked about it. I probably help me as much or more than the free PDF.

    Good Actionable Information

    Powerlifter here, just wanted to see how the Moose approached bracing. I found his information and guidance to be well educated and easily actionable. A must read for anyone interested in being more efficient and safe while lifting weights.

    This program really allowed me to take my strongman lifts to the next level, especially in squats. Learning how to really brace your core and then how to slowly develop it has not only improved my overall balance, stability but also my raw strength, whilst reducing risk of injury as I am now capable holding and Bracing more weight. Definitely would recommend it if you are new or if you really want to re learn how to brace yourself and take it to the next level

    Some really helpful tips and cues, and it’s really paying dividends, particularly with my deadlift. I feel much more confident to really start to safely increase the load’s. Great stuff 👍🏼
