    I enjoyed this because I do believe core bracing is essential. I have not executed this well prior to this read but I’m also still learning, and it has cost a lot. I know with proper technique and information (like this gives you), your lifts will be safer and you will be stronger. I encourage you to get this and retain the information in it. It’s “FREE” so why not?? I love Mitchell Hooper, LHBK and the whole community. Stay strong out there and be safe. Don’t forget to lift heavy and be kind 🦾👊🏻

    Arnold pumping iron has been my Bible until now my son is closing in on a 300lb squat and 400lb dead lift which is a100lb increase . I am using the stabilizing and mobility exercises for shoulder and back pain with tremendous results thx Tom T
