    Mitch’s guide to squatting is one of the most accurately written guide that can be used by anyone whether a beginner or a well versed lifter, it has helped me tweak up a lot of technique issues that were leading to leakages every time I squatted, I am super grateful for him and his wisdom :)

    It is great for people who havent squatted much. I squat quite a bit so i got this to see if it could improve my form and it did! To me there seems to be nothing wrong with it, So thank you!
