I am really enjoying the program. I’m only in week two but I appreciate the diversity of lifts as compared to traditional training. After the 12 weeks I plan on trying a different program!
Easy to follow. Challenging. Anxious to see the 12 week results.
I've done 4 different programs so far from here. I love the exercise selections and they have made a bid difference for me.
But every spreadsheet has errors in calculations and consistency from week to week. It's annoying... fix the typos. :)
will be a great Start for next year. I will be changing Gyms in the New Year . New Gym ,New Program.
