I like that it gave good advice using science and experience as a elite lifter, my only gripe is that for the length and price I expected more details and in-depth, it was fairly short and the information is widely known if you read articles.
However I see it as a way to support one of my favorite Strongman. I will most likely get the other programs just to support Mitchell and his team.
This workout is insane, im on my second week and I need a rest day on the 3rd day because my body is in need to recover! Im gonna mix this with a spreadsheet Brian Alsrhue made to switch up the intensity!
As per usual the insight from Mitch through his program is clear and on point. This is my 3rd program and I have nothing but great things to say! Not only do you get really good nutrition information but you also get a workout plan which makes it so much easier in the gym as it’s one less thing you need to think about.
Starting week 2 now. I’ve been training for strength for the last year and want to focus on adding more muscle. I love the change of pace from strength training, but had forgotten what DOMS are all about. Mitchell’s programming gives me the confidence to switch gears and the education helps it all come together!
