Immersive and thorough
As the of the writing of this review I am 3 weeks through the program.
This is a great program that has an easy to follow progression. The exercises are well thought out to leave you tired but ready for the next workout.
The supplemental material is also a good primer on the training methodology and concepts to help you understand this and other programs without being overly complicated.
Excel spreadsheet to download where you chart your start point then the spreadsheet formulates how much you should lift next week and so on. Spreadsheet is in 2x 6 week blocks with different exercises for the second half. Also get exercise and diet info to download. Would buy another different program to mix things up.
In the middle of powerlifting peak and I am loving it. Super excited to do this one next
