Dad Strong is a 6-week training program built for fathers who want to be strong, capable, and proud of how they show up, without living in the gym.
This program is designed and coached by Mitchell Hooper, combining world-class strength training with the real demands of fatherhood, work, and limited time.
What You Get

- 4 days per week (2 upper body days, 2 lower body days)
