Been doing the 30 minute workout plan for a week now and it has been great. I work 12 hour shifts so this is ideal for me to get a workout done before starting at 6am or when I get off from nights at 6am. Once you read the pdf the plan is easy to set up. It’s not easy though don’t let the 30 minute aspect fool you.
