Whilst difficult to review a preview (as obviously you’re not getting the full product) The introduction was informative about the basics of macronutrients and micronutrients.
It states fats are the key Marco nutrient, I’m guessing as it’s the easiest to miscalculate due to 9kcal per g opposed to the others. But I feel more information could have been given. It’s been some years since I studied nutrition but from memory I believe unsaturated Fats can be broken down into Mono, Poly etc…. Also for the carbs, Maybe the GI index could have been included.
Good introduction though with solid foundations.
