Better than seeing my physical therapist

I LOVE the feedback I’m getting from Mitchell and it is exactly why I signed up for the program. Every physical therapist I’ve seen says I should be happy to be as strong as I am, or that I shouldn’t ever lift heavy again in my mid-40s and just focus on walking and general movement. I’m getting great value at this point. Mitchell provides small corrections in form, improving movement patterns, and optimizing technique for strength.

Strong 2.0 Group Coaching

The program was fantastic. Learning strength related topics directly from Mitch and working on programs that he developed has been great. Unfortunately the weather in South Easter PA has derailed any semblance of consistency in my life for the last 6 weeks. Even so, I think the information I’ve been able to take away as well the atmosphere with the group have been great. I will definitely continue and look forward to being able to dive into this next round with the team. Thank you
