Life Changing Training

I have been weightlifting for the last 39 years. Mitchell Hooper's approach has revolutionized my results, improved my health, and reignited my fire to train. Better than seeing my physical therapist

I LOVE the feedback I’m getting from Mitchell and it is exactly why I signed up for the program. Every physical therapist I’ve seen says I should be happy to be as strong as I am, or that I shouldn’t ever lift heavy again in my mid-40s and just focus on walking and general movement. I’m getting great value at this point. Mitchell provides small corrections in form, improving movement patterns, and optimizing technique for strength.
